- Worry about intensity, not time!
- Do things you enjoy, don't be afraid to be a kid again!
- dance, skip, hop, jump, run, sprint, swim, bike, etc
- Use positive self talk
- What are you telling yourself? Is that what you really want to believe and become?
- Focus on the positive changes you are making, and do not put yourself down by saying things like "I wish I was..."
- Progressivly challenge yourself - Change does not happen without Change!
- Our bodies adapt very quickly and need to be continually challenged.
- Change something in your routine a minimum of every two weeks by going faster or harder, or choose a different route or exercise.
- Chart your progress, so you can see what you have achieved.
- Try new things, don't let FEAR stand in your way anymore, IT IS YOUR LIFE, SO LIVE!!!
- Journal how you feel daily in those "little" accomplishments because those "little" accomplishments add up and become GREAT BIG!!
